Returns & Exchanges

The HomePal Team understand if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase when you receive it, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange. We also believe that you shouldn't have to pay to return something you aren't completely happy with, so we offer our customers free return shipping. All you need to do is fill out the form below.
We only ask that you make any returns within 30 days of your purchase date, include an original HomePal Tax Invoice, copy Tax Invoice or delivery docket, and that all products are returned in the condition in which you received them, with original bags, packaging and tags.  We reserve the right to refuse in some cases  return of items brought under automatic sale or discount codes, due to unreasonable costs.

Once we receive your returned item we will endeavour  to get in touch with you (usually within 72 hours of receipt) to confirm your refund or exchange details.  Please make sure you leave a contact phone number or email address with us.

HomePal Returns are as easy as 1, 2, 3...

1. Package products securely (we suggest an A4 Padded Envelope)- please treat the scarves with some tender love and care and avoid creasing and crumpling the scarves so that they can be returned to our stock looking brand new!)

2. Address your parcel to:

Make sure your address is on the back so we can work out where the package is coming from.

(We regret we cannot accept overseas returns unless the customer is prepared to pay conversion fees and mail charges).

3. Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office and request a tracking label (we cannot accept liability for returns without a tracking number).  In some cases we can send a Hermes Courier to pick up your parcel.
